Victoria, I thought I would share the comment we received today from our friends. They were very impressed with your cooking… The chicken stew….absolutely delicious…and classically prepared per our friends. We also tried the quinoa casserole, the acorn squash, and the stuffed mushrooms. It was all so very good! My husband of course had the filet and said it was delicious in spite of your dissatisfaction with the result. Not a crumb left on any of our plates! It was a fun way to entertain for me. Not only that, she let me collaborate on the menu, we created recipes together, and she worked with the recipes and ingredients that I desired. Victoria did an amazing job gauging the style needed for our bridal shower event. The menu and wine lesson she planned were full of little touches that sparked conversation and made the event memorable. Hosting a party can be stressful! Yet Victoria was so calm and collected during the planning process, and even more so on the morning of the event. Her confidence when putting on the final touches translated to the hostesses, really helping us to take a deep breath and realize that it was all under control thanks to Victoria!
